4, Working principle
VSI Vertical shaft impact crusher is mainly composed of motor, hydraulic cylinder, material
distribution plate, frame, crushing cavity, counterattack block,
wheel throwing device, shock absorber, oil station, main shaft,
platform, etc.
The material directly enters the high-speed rotating impeller, and
under the action of centrifugal force, it collides with another
part of the material that is shunted around the impeller in the
form of an umbrella, so that the material forms eddy currents in
the impeller and the casing. Crushing to form a closed-circuit
crushing cycle. Finally, the material is controlled by sieving to
achieve the required particle size of the finished material.
