1, Description
The CS series high-efficiency cone crusher is designed and
developed by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing
foreign technology, according to customer needs, based on the
principle of laminated crushing and the concept of more breaking
and less grinding, which integrates high swing frequency, optimized

1. High reliability and good stability
The automatic control system adopts a large-diameter main shaft, a
heavy-duty main frame and an independent thin oil lubrication
system to ensure the equipment is durable and reliable. The iron
passing protection device ensures that after the miscellaneous iron
passes through the crushing cavity, it can quickly restore the
original discharge port to ensure the discharge size.
2. Easy maintenance and easy operation
All parts can be disassembled from the upper part or the side, and
the fixed cone and movable cone assembly can be easily
disassembled. Bronze sliding bearings can maintain excellent
load-bearing performance in high-impact, vibration and crushing
environments, and are more economical and easier to maintain than
rolling bearings.

4, Working principle
When the CS series high-efficiency cone crusher works, the motor
drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the V-belt, large
pulley, drive shaft, small bevel gear, and large bevel gear. The
axis of the crushing cone rotates under the force of the eccentric
shaft sleeve. , So that the surface of the crushing wall is close
to and away from the surface of the rolling mortar wall from time
to time, so that the material is continuously impacted, squeezed
and bent in the annular crushing cavity composed of the fixed cone
and the movable cone. After many times of extrusion, impact and
bending, the material is crushed to the required size and
discharged through the lower part.
